Shankem, u said ur dogs chased THEIR cat from YOUR yard. I can see payn for damages if ur dogs were in their yard n started the bay over there, but i wouldnt pay a penny if their animals were in my yard antagonising mine till mine lit out n stayed with the chase. JMO. Do u own/buying or renting your yard n house? Where do they get off telln u, u cant build a fence on ur propert, just bc it will make their yard look smaller, but yet complain bout your dogs. If ur renting or own/buyin, its ur place to do as you see fit to insure you hav as much positive control over ur land and pets. I know we need to learn to cooperate, but there is a line that needs not be crossed n it sounds like ur neighbors are crossing that line, again JMO. Hope it works out for you. Hey pig snatcher, iv had dogs get off thrir chains too and would like to see you set up. I got a couple dogs i have to keep kenneled and chained just to make sure they dont get out of my yard. Thanks ahead, for posting ur info on the chains.
