It just depends on you and what kind of hunting you want to do. Generally your rcd's are short range so if your fine with all short range dogs then no problem. Lots of ppl are starting to go more towards this style to shut down all these runners. Make sure you have a garmin cause if there's no bark just straight catch it could get tough to find them.

Ill agree with that. Ive seen some bmc's that was mid. range strike dogs and rough as cob's that may as well be called running catch dogs. Myself I dont want them hunting out to far. You'll run yourself to death getting to the bay's.

But Id say yes you can hunt all rcd's.
I agree with you as well there are some that are longer ranged, I guess i should have explained better, when I think rcd I consider that all bite no bark, I don't consider rough dogs rcd's. But I guess it's just how you personally define the term.
