Your right, Krystal.  The intent of my post was to share what I have been reading concerning the necessity of SOME sunshine. 

Funny that you mention over-exposure because throughout the reading I have also come across many articles dealing with dogs (especially light ones) ability to also become sunburned.

Like eveything else, moderation is key.
