we recieved a letter about having a designated date that they will come out to read it and that i be at home, since i live out in the stick my dogs would bite even my buddies comin over unless i was outside

One day I was at home but I didn't call the dog back quick enough and our catahoula got pepper sprayed. Hahaha, I can tell you this...... don't try to wash pepper spray off with a water hose. It almost dropped me to my knees because I couldn't breath either. So I turned the dog loose and he drug himself all over the yard until he wiped it all off on the grass.
