good lookin pup paul , just curious , are you gonna use him on cattle too ? i don't have any experiance with plotts . just wondering if that cross would make as good of baydog on cattle as a well bred cur .
No cattle for this one. But I have used several 1/2 Plott 1/2 Catahoulas on cattle and they work very well. I use them mostly for tracking wild cattle in big country. They have got a better nose and more bottom but their bay style is usually not as good and they can lack the good handle of a straight Catahoula.
There you go jet, we can breed one of your gyps to to my Pete dog.
