I have two feeders on my deer hunting grounds. I can recognize most deer from trail cam pics on my property hitting both feeders.  I have never put out any attractants other than corn, or fresh fruit from my apple or pear trees, but with little fruit this year I tried a store bought attractant. Two weeks ago,  Just for the sake of science I just put it out at one feeder to see if it made a difference. I used the Sugar Beet Crush Juice from wildgame innovations.  While I saw no difference in deer hitting the feeders. Where I put the juice, I have hog pics every single night. I know there are a few hogs where I deer hunt, but I have not had a single pic so far this year at either feeder. One night after putting that stuff out, I have them hitting that feeder. So while I can't say it is worth a darn attracting deer, that product does seem effective at drawing the hogs in. Needless to say with deer season starting saturday, I put out some more corn and another bottle of that stuff on monday. While I have got hogs with dogs, I have never got one with a bow, and that is on my to do list, so hopefully I can get it done here pretty quick.
