Different counties have different local ordinances. In Lee County a bay only pen is legal (per the local animal control people), but the dog cant touch the hog. The local animal control got word of one that was suppose to take place a few months ago, and all the AC people know i run dogs because of my crazy bunny hugging neighbor. The LT asked me if i would find out and enter the deal to work for them undercover
Needless to say no was the answer. But their concern was it was going to be a catch deal not bay. I was under the impression it was illegal until this, but the people responsible (AC) told me bay wasnt illegal but any time of biting with a hog confined was But like i said different counties can have different laws.
