I don't know if you have a Harbor Freight store nearby, but they sell these hose-end sprayers for around $12.  Works like a charm.  About once a month after I do my normal daily wash of my pens, I just put a couple ounces of the KOE in the sprayer...adjust it down to where it's barely mixing and give the pens a final rinse down.  Works very well.
