Some of the best dogs I own started out just like her.

I worked to get mine to load on the truck and get in the box themselves with out me being right there by the truck. Make the dog box a good safe place to be. Feed her in the box a couple times a week. Load her and give her a hot dog, things like that. Be very patient, I never make a decision on a dog like that untill they are at least a year old.
