Until tort reform is passed, where the LOSER in a lawsuit pays all court costs, nothing will change. These people have nothing to lose, lawyers are jackasses trolling lawsuits, if they file 100 n a year and win only one large settlememt, it makes their year. But lawyers control govt, so it will be very difficult to do. We need more common sense hogdoggers running for office and judgeships.
