I did quite a bit of research on all the pros and cons before building mine. I have friends with concrete kennels, and although theirs don't have drainage (septic) systems, they have proven to be pretty tough to keep clean. Metal kennels, withouth the proper upkeep, will rust out in a fairly short amount of time from urine. For these reasons and the cost associated with building these type kennels, i opted to go this route....
Would you sell a copy of the plans and the order of construction and a bill of materials for your set up, its one of the best i have ever seen, can pay cash if you could toss something together, i like the deck blocks for the timbers, i have a bunch of them left over from a job!!! Nice work for sure!!!
