Knightstocker, I have also thought about an electric fence. At least around the female kennel.
txhawdogger, I have heard of the copper thing, I just always figured it was an old wives tale. If it really works then that would be an easy fix. thanks.
Sdogs, she is a really good dog, and a year ago I outcrossed her to a top notch male of ours she had a litter of 10. Eight of those survived. Out of those eight we kept 3 and all three are making good dogs. Good dogs are hard to come by and I want to keep her intact just in case a big boar decreases the size of our pack unexpectedly. Otherwise it would already be done.
