This is a sad one but I did know a guy thats  hunting dogs were in better shape than his kids and probably better fed, that one made me mad!!!!

I just read where 1 in 5 kids in the US are not getting enough to eat on a daily basis, and I assume that other children might get enough to eat but are malnourished due to the poor quality of food they must consume because of the higher price of the better quality foods which their parents can not afford for whatever reason.

just a bad situation for America. They were also saying that some of these kids skulls would be smaller than normal because of the mal nourishment, also the ability to learn on an empty stomach suffers because it is hard to concentrate and stay focused when hungry...these are the kids that will be running our country someday and we should make sure they are getting the right nutrition as children some way some how...

heck , my wife volunteers at an elementary school where 5 or 6 kids have fractured bones from playing in the play ground all because the school system has stream lined to cut expenses and they cut way back on the mulch and river sand that they used for cushioning on the hard ground at the play ground and this has probably been the reason or at least part of the reason for the fractures...

Training dogs is not about quantity, it's more about timing, the right situations, and proper guidance...After that it's up to the dog...
A hunting dog is born not made...
