I had a pit that always bayed a hog before she would catch she would  get the hog like she wanted it and catch she never bayed more than a few seconds she never got. Cut and die at the old age of 10 years old and never caused a bay dog to get cut .

Ha... I know there are more than one way to catch a hog, but that is no cd my friend. I've heard of a couple half bulldogs that were rcd's that would bark twice when they struck alone and then catch, not my style so I dont know much about it but I would keep a real bulldog around or a pistol for the bad hogs if it were my style.

I can say I have 2 cds (1 AB & 1 Dogo) that will hunt there butts off and NEVER bark! I wish they would just hang out, I dont like my bulldogs hunting b/c of times when I just want to get back to the truck and have the curs picked up on the wheeler etc its nice to let the bulldog run back for exersize etc

Mike no truer words are spoken! Cds Dont bark, Ever! Nuff said

Ive seen pride get in the way of some dog men with this, no need to lye & make excuses & repeat the breeding etc just handle the situation and move on, dogs dissappoint us all at times and make us liars so its how you handle it that makes up your character in my opinion
