Now my next question is, it is losing communication with one of my collars consistently, what's up?? It's also not finding it again when it does lose it... Am I missing a reset button or something?
Is the collar old or did it come with the unit??

One of the best things ( that ive found ) you can do besides keeping the collars updated is to put a tuff skin antenna from Conkeys on it!!! Increases range, alot more consistent communication, and alot tougher antenna...
