A good dog without papers to a true hunter are user of dogs is worth just as much as a good dog with papers.

Maybe you're reference to "papers" is strictly about an official registry.  If you're saying that a good dog no one knows anything about is worth the same as a good dog with known lineage, then I strongly disagree.
