I second that SCHitemHard! Wine6978, you hit the nail on the head when you said, "See now I understand that you are a young adult, because I am not very much older than you. Something you will learn in the next few years, because trust me the difference in maturity from 20 to 23 is crazy."

.
Ca10j, My dad tried to drill that into my head for years, before I was a married father or had a degree, that I needed to not know so much, and listen more. I was a hard-headed young man then... I'm not a ton older now, but life sure MADE me grow up and LISTEN, and FAST!!! I still like to talk a lot though

, cause I get it from my mama, but I also now know to pay attention to EXPERIENCE. Because if it weren't for my father and his experiences and help, I don't know where I'd be today.
I said that I have a college degree, but I didn't say what kind. I only have an associates in Science, hoping to be able to finish a bachelors in business and computer information systems. My grandparents blessed me with enough money to get started, and I tried to finish paying for it... BUT it is too expensive. I unfortunately had to put that on hold and pursue real life. I tried to honor my grandparents by finishing this, but I fail short. So I decided to peruse it on my own time, under the wing of another individual, lets say Jimmy, who didn't graduate college nor did he go at all. Jimmy is a genius, and knows everything there is to know about computers, SELF TAUGHT. To make a long story short, Jimmy noticed I had driven my self as he did, and knew I had the passion. So Jimmy got a NEW job, and blessed me with a recommendation that landed me his previous decent job, without the degree that met the requirements, and I am blessed and lucky for that. Jimmy went on to a MUCH HIGHER paying job, with NO degree what so ever because of the experience he had. That is just proof that the degree doesn't mean EVERYTHING, and that knowledge and experience does. Now days when you look at job postings it says right next to requirements "or equal years experience". They found out from over the years of hiring people with degrees and NO experience it doesn't cut it. So all in all, I am working to better my life, without a, IMO, finished degree with as much life experience any 27 year old could hope to have. (and some I wish I didn't) word to the wise, some of these people on this board have some really good info to pass on; even if it is only their opinions on posts. Those opinions probably come from years of experience though, and thats something you nor myself has. Honestly, same as when my dad is "talkin' to me", I'm writing every opinion and thought down in my memory banks. I hope, one year way down the road, to be able to access that knowledge and experience to pass on like most on this board. This is a great site, and the people are awesome. All I'm saying is that you need to learn to value and appreciate everyones opinions, beliefs, and feelings because you may need them one day.

One of my favorite sayings is, "Your cup is too full, when you try and fill cup it will overflow... you must first empty cup!"
