I think the best option is if the seller will ship the pup by air and they make the coordinations. If you (in SC) have to make the coordinations for the pup coming from somewhere else, it can be difficult. I've used Cajun Pet Express and I have driven many hours to pick up a pup myself. For me, it depends on how much money I have at the time and how much hassle I can take. What kind of dogs/pups are you looking for? You have a lot of really good plotts just north of you in NC and WVA. not to mention some more good plotts in TN.
