Hey not tring to stir the pot any but keslling kennels is right if you have a breeding facility and breeders permit then the deer in that facility are the owners. As soon as you release them from the facility even in side a high fence with a tx id they are the states not the owners. This is in texas only. In oklahoma if they are inside a high fence with a I'd they are the owners and can move them back and forth from pens to pasture etc. Texas is pretty hard on deer breeders but that is a whole nother subject.
