We had a litter of 10 come down with parvo and we only lost two pups. As soon as we noticed that a pup had the symptoms, we started the whole litter on antibiotics. The first pup to come down with it died and then we lost a pup the next day. I would give them 1cc twice a day and no food but plenty of water. When a pup would go down and  quit drinking, I would give it an enema of water. If they were too sick to get up and move around, I put them in a cool dark place to sleep. After day three of being really sick, they started feeling better. It took a little while to bring their weight back up. I didn't feed them anything because parvo makes them shed the lining of their intestines and I didn't want to further irritate their gut.

Im deffinately no vet but I felt that they would most likely die of dehydration or a secondary infection due to shedding the lining of the intestines. That is why I treated with water and anti biotics. The cool dark place to sleep was to keep their stress levels at a minimum. I wish you the best of luck no matter what you decide to do.
