yea he was a true cowboy/ hog hunter... i used to live right behind his place and a coupl;e night a week in the evening you could here his dogs baying a hog down in the woods...and yes WWendler he did pass a few years back..but his step son is a vet in brenham and still has cowboys old place in chappell hill and a while back i actually got to hunt that place with a few others..
Yes i know zeek morrision he is another old timer that runs alot around the independce william penn area....he is always at the indepdence store lol
