However, I believe you to be incorrect.
I am referencing this pic below. His hand is on both sides of the plant (meaning it is at the ground level). The lenth (front to back) of that track is 5" based off of the average full grown man's hand dimensions where it is in relation to that track. NOT a hog. I had similar tracks down at the bottom of my property by a pond that was drying up. I was thinking jackpot. That is, until I really thought about it.
I began to watch the field in the morning, and sure enough the yearling calves were stepping through my neighbor's fence close to the pond edge to partake in the fresh green shoot buffet. Don't dog the COWS!!!!!!!!
