if you got to ask f "How to know you have a dog worth breeding, and what gyp to breed it to?"  odds are you dont need to breed  anything   just my two cents  dont mean to sound like an a$$

He is definitely worth breeding in my opinion! He is probably the best dog i have hunted behind hands down. Also I think Jimmy said he came from a litter of dogs that all turned out good so i dont see what it would hurt to try him on a couple of my females.  Grin I would like to breed him to my Pistol dog who is ZIGxSALTY and is 3/4 BMC 1/4 Plott. Her only drawback for me so far is she is semi open on a hot track but will quiet down after she runs for awhile. The main thing I like about her is she is one of the hardest hunting dogs(med to long range) that i have seen with good bottom especially for her age. I really dont see her getting nothing but better with age.  It wont be for awhile tho since she is just a year old and has a lot to show me before I consider breeding her but she seems to have that drive I am looking for but only time will tell. Fred and Soka would also be a good cross that I wouldn't mind trying!  Smiley
