Puts some large rocks or tennis balls in his bowl--- that will teach him to slow down his eating, if that doesnt help then all I can think of is feeding him small meals  .

 I have never seen and or heard of a puppy bloat, but there is always a first--- I did have my big boy bloat about 5 years ago--- THAT HURT--- he was MY DOG and a great bud.
