How is a baseball team tattoo indicative of pride in the state of Texas?  Don't they have a city as a part of their name.  Teams can and do move to other states.

I found your comment about the military offensive.  My son is in the Army.  2 tours in Iraq.  Headed to A'ghan next year.  He proudly serves his country.  He does NOT choose where he serves.  He follows orders.  Maybe you were trying to be humorous  ...  but I didn't read it that way.

BTW, would not serving in the Texas Nat'l Guard, under the direction of the Texas Governor, be a way to serve your own state?
