Your right I apologize for any perceived rudeness, but it strikes a nerve to hear anyone claim to straight up tell someone to cull a dog that they don't know jack about. Moreso when some take culling seriously in the d fashioned sence, it ain't like your telling them to nuter the dog and sell it on the dog trade as a started dog.
