My concrete kennels are pretty big, and at 5 weeks and up its a real pain in the rear-end to keep clean, three times a day. That concrete is how I am able to view every pile of POOP. Thats when I know puppies are "Off" first signs of sickness shows in loose stool. I NEED CONCRETE.
I take my puppy raising real serious but I only do once maybe twice a year, because its such a pain. However if they are in the dirt you wont know when you got mucos, or little blood in the stool, and thats super important to know IMO
