Let her get some age. BUT, let me ask you this, do you think that theres more hog sign in front of you than behind the truck? I know there's a million variable answers and questions, but all I'm getting at is why do we always feel that if a dog was over here or over there or out yonder or back that way a piece that our luck would have been different?

I ask because I always thought a dog needed to several hundred yards away or maybe 50 yards ahead of the truck to strike when in reality I've now seen enough to know that hog sign can be anywhere and the dogs need to get to where it is.

I've seen many times a whole pack of dogs pass up a lil square of grass only to go back to it a few minutes later and strike a track.



Off my high horse. Let her age, put her up and feed her to more bays, only let her run in short bursts and as soon as she checks in, put her back up...
