I also like to buy those big clips at TSC and put all my end wrenches on one so they dont end up scattered.  You can buy a light that sticks to the under side of the lid of the tool box that you just tap and shed a good bit of light for cheap, very handy for night time working.  I like to keep a tarp in there too to put down on the ground to lay on or to use when changing a tire.  Pair of cheap leather gloves are handy also.
