That is only 1 county away from me.  I was reading in our paper yesterday that the ASPCA was so kind to donate 10 Grand for our  county Animal control people could go to school to be Animal cruelty Investigators. Give them a title like that and they will find a mission to use it for and that will be the easiest one.  That group won't be happy until no one can hunt, own dog's to hunt or own guns.
