StinkyDog...I use ortho max tree and shrub on my dogs....but haven't used in in at least 6 months or so because the dogs are still free of fleas...I use the max because it has 1.47 percent active ingredient as compared to others with .75%...just make sure it does not have the fertilizer in it....TSC sells a no name brand for 1/2 the price...back when I was first told about it I asked how much to use and most folks gave me different amounts to use on the dogs...I found ortho max and started using it because it is double strength... I also worked out the formula based off of one of those high dollar flea killer products that they sell for a lot of money... based off of that it will take about 13 to 15 cc's or mils on the dog...rub it in between the shoulders...I rub some in the arm pits and down the dogs back line...bayer tree and shrub can be bought in gallon containers for about 60 or so dollars and it is the 1.47 percent at tsc...but look at the quart size in the no name brand and compare prices...I would read the directions and either double or triple what it says for normal yard use...I would spray it in the living quarters and where the dogs hang out...

Training dogs is not about quantity, it's more about timing, the right situations, and proper guidance...After that it's up to the dog...
