I have a 2003 f250 4x4 6.0 sitting in my drive way I have put around 8,000 in it in the last 7 months I am now driving a toyota 4x4 I will never buy a ford again. The bad part is ford knows the 6.0 is junk but are not willing to help in anyway
Dognhogs84 and almost his entire family run corndog stands... Most of them have Fords...
Each time we go by the Ford dealership, he can point out a Ford that his family had traded in, and can tell you what kept going out or breaking down on them... He just bought a BRAND NEW one this year and already the motor is being torn apart at the dealership...
And not sure how much truth is behind this, but was told that Ford is on their last leg with the diesel motors...
I have heard that the newer model Ford gas trucks are pretty tough ( 04 or 05 and up I believe ), but i wouldnt own an older one..
