Money doesn't matter at all if I don't see my family. I've quit a job because my daughter didn't know who I was because I was working all the time. When they get older they won't remember how much money you made but if you were there for them. Just my .02
X2 the only way I could work out of town and not see my girls is if it was the only job I could find. My dad worked to much when I was a kid. I never knew him very well and it even effects us to this day. My girls are my reason to wake up at 4 every morning I would go crazy if I could see them everyday.
