A dog that you can unsnap from his homely chain and walk to the truck without a lead because hes already loaded. A dog that you can open the gate on the box for and he leaves without worrying about what his co-hunters are doing. A dog that doesn't come back till hes made you the center of a 500 yard circle then jumps on the four wheeler or stands there till you walk further and tell him "get ahead" for another 500 yard looksee. When the hog is bayed right where he found it because he did whatever it took to keep him there and I've got my hands on it, I want him to disappear as to not waste any time finding his friends that may have strayed. when its time to go i say "truck" and he loads up on the four wheeler or beats us to the truck on a walk hunt. Was that a dream?
