 I think everyone is jumping the gun if the dog was provoked by the little dog and was just protecting itself why would you cull its more than likely that it didn't mean to kill the little dog and if it was a big dog probably wouldnt have been killed my wifes little dog runs up to my dogs on a chain with her hair raised and growling and I tell her if they happen to catch her she's a gonner and it would be her own fault!
