 similar to a gut hook on the tips of knives. here is the link to 1 of my strap cutters. the other 1 is about 6" long, no finger hole but has finger notches. and i ment egress, not regress. they are issued to cut seat belt harnasses incase of a rapid egress ( rapid get the hell out) for either crashed acft or roll over for tcks
