I take my son all the time. Get one adult for each child. Not hunting adults, adults to keep an eye on the kids and keep them from doing something stupid. My son knows to keep a tree between him and a pig and if there is more than one i throw him on my back or in a tree and he holds on. We have been lucky and never even had a close call. If things look bad make them wait in a truck or on an ATV. When things get hairy I just don't like people in the way.
