Diesel is NOT a biproduct of gasoline.
I hope one day y'all own a business and get to feel the pressures of these outside sources telling you how to operate.
Sorry bi product was not the correct word. Thank you. but i do believe it is what is left over after refining gasoline and can't pass the standards for that. and it is the cheapest to make with the least testing and refining.
Diesel fuel evaporates more slowly because it is heavier. It contains more carbon atoms in longer chains than gasoline does (gasoline is typically C9H20, while diesel fuel is typically C14H30). It takes less refining to create diesel fuel, which is why it used to be cheaper than gasoline. Since 2004, however, demand for diesel has risen for several reasons, including increased industrialization and construction in China and the U.S. [source: Energy Information Administration].
people don't need to own a buisness to know they are getting the raw end of the deal with fuel. And how do you know some of the people on here are not buisness owners present or past, managers or other White collar people? You are on here.
