Man, The intent is good but that is not a petition. That is some sort of facebook type bullchit  that will go nowhere. No government body
will give that any serious thought. Online petitions go nowhere. Real petitions are circulated and contain real signatures and addresses.
They also contain well written and clear language of what the petition is trying to achieve. Petitions rarely change any laws. If you want a law changed, you have to get a legislator to bring up the change during session and then people have to be there to show their support.
