been dealing with back issue 30 yrs have twelve titatium screws and plate for last tight yrs still have alot to of pain. celebrex is the med i take it helps alot i also strecth alot and walk when it hurt Bad. get on celebrex and walk. i dont with back pain on my worst enemey. the ice  celebrex and strecthing walking will help. good luck use a neourologist Not back sorgen...
