when i hunted that way, i used to use 2 dogs to start a track and once it was up and running i would turn 3 more into them. now I free cast 3 or four at a time and they either bay the pig in his bed or sneak up and surprise them. generally they all hunt their own direction and then honor each other when they hear a bay. I really like they way they hunt now but it took a lot of trash breaking to trust more than 2 on the ground at a time. I trust every dog im hunting right now. its great.
