Not if it is illegal

Obviously very watered down. But I also want to put it on the wood around the kennels because I know it slows down rot too. I know it can be used for many things.

But I keep Googling it. The way I spelled it gave me some band. This way gives me a disinfectant. I kept digging and wonder if it was creosote?
