I got that on Clarence at a Honda dealer for 20 bucks ... It fits perfect on that rack. I found one on e-bay just now ..

you might get lucky callin around the Honda dealers .. My set up is a Kolpin ATV Rear Basket with fold down tailgate and a
Honda Foreman Rubicon 500 ATV Rear Rack Extension attached with hose clamps. Hope that helps some
