my 5 year old was trying to make money for a new bridle for his pony . i told him we d go sell some fresh eggs . i took him to the court square and let him try his sales pitch ... " would you like to buy some fresh brown eggs?" where did you get your eggs young man ? ... " out of the hen house " . i dont get my eggs out of a hen i get my eggs from the grocery ! i couldnt here the conversation but he came back kinda sad looking and told me what she had said . i nearly sh my pants laughing . he asked what was so funny and i said , buddy if she didnt have anything to eat for about 48 hours , she d eat any damn thing you put in front of her , and pay any price to get it .lol we made one more stop and he sold all the eggs we could gather for a month .
