X2 I have heard of that as well. Also had em start at 12 weeks. Just depends on dog.

We reached a gentlemanly consensus as it pertains to baypens, and I decided to turn over a newest and leave well enough alone, but, I gotta pick this scab. laugh

What do you mean you've had them "start" at 12 weeks?

Did they start barking at a hog? Or is it that they started striking hogs? Or could settle a bay? Or could drive a sounder? Or could drive even one hog? Or did they start bunching every cow in the pasture? What is it that they were started doing well enough at 12 weeks that they could be called started?
