I want to get rid of the run-flats from my rims. I have seen PVC inserts made to replace the run-flats with a PVC insert. So the wheel weighs less and I can air it down and use the double bead lock. The cost seems high to me so I figured I could just find some PVC and cut it down myself. I will have to break one down but if it is 16.5" rim I am guessing the bead of the tire is 16.5.

Charles now you know that is just crazy. Who would use PVC?
