 to reseat the bead w/o using flames, take a 5-10k ratchet strap and ratchet it down on the center of the tires. it will push down on the center, forcing the side out and you can add wind w/o using fuels that may destroy the tire. iv used the straps on 37x13.5x20 toyo mts and my kubota tractor tires.
