If this pup is only 6 months old......she's a child in the dog world......don't expect too much out of her right now. Give her time and don't get rough or angry with her. You must understand that her training needs to progress in HER time frame....not yours. Patience is your friend when training a young dog...or any dog for that matter. She apparently has some potential, so don't get frustrated with her because she doesn't do what you think she should right now.....you have plenty of time.
