nvr been to the islands, so i didnt know how it would taste, but i do have a co-worker that was stationed there and he said it was great. the cooks might have preped it diff and diff seasonings. i dont think i have to worry bout ground pit cooking since we seem to be fresh out of bannana trees but i did see some nice palm trees, but dont think it would taste good.
