Check the connections. That little slot that the charger fits in will get packed with dirt. Rinse it out and scrub it out with a toothbrush......or pick it out with a pocket knife. . I've noticed on mine that the brass slide gets a corrosion layer on it from the water etc. Also if you r leaving them in your truck or other hot area they won't charge right away until they cool down. Hope that helps.
